Return and Refund Policy

  

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Redaa. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and straightforward return and refund process, subject to the following conditions:


Returns and Exchanges

  • Timeframe for returns: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted items.
  • Condition of items: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. All original tags and labels should still be attached. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted for a return.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend      using a tracked service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
  • Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer a direct exchange. But if you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.


Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We      will provide a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost. Please send us photographs of the item and the damage for our reference.


How to Return an Item

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@redaa.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  2. Return Instructions: Once we’ve received your request, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return your item(s). This may include a return address and the shipping options available to you.
  3. Packaging: Please ensure that your return items are securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. If possible, please use the original packaging.
